HISTORY
Mens Fellowship
Men’s Fellowship was formed and first inaugurated on 21st November, 1981 by Very Rev. T. W. Koomson at the Accra Calvery Methodist Church.
The Association of Methodist Men’s Fellowship was given recognition at the 22nd Conference of the Methodist Church- Ghana, held at Sunyani in August 1983. The Association was inaugurated at Calvary by the Acting President of the Conference, The Very Rev. Awotwi Pratt on Saturday, 31st March, 1984.
The motto of the Fellowship is ‘FOR CHRIST: WE LIVE’.
The vision of the Men’s Fellowship is to build a united, vibrant, and spirit-led Association of Men’s Fellowship within the Methodist Church-Ghana for a holistic transformation of society.
AIMS & OBJECTIVES
Our Aims and Objectives
The Aims and Objectives of the Fellowship are as follows:
- To acknowledge the Lordship of Jesus Christ;
- To follow the life of Jesus and to discuss His works and teachings at meetings of the Fellowship;
- To assist in the spiritual and moral growth of members in our Lord Jesus Christ;
- To mobilize the men of the Church in fellowship with Jesus Christ and with one another and help alleviate hardships in times of need;
- To promote activities to raise funds for the furtherance of God’s work in all its aspect;
- To promote lectures, debates, seminars, and discussions on religion, culture, and world affairs and their relevance to Christian teaching, and practice.

The Membership of the Fellowship is open to all registered male members of the Methodist Church who are 25 years and above.
